Enjoy five days and four nights in your own private haven in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica. We will all be staying in four private villas, each of which have their own living room, in-unit laundry and kitchen area. The villas are all secure and share a private pool, accessible only by our group. There are multiple beaches within walking distance from where we will be staying, ranging from short 5-15 minute walks!

This retreat aims to guide you on a transformative journey toward healing for your mind, body, and soul. Join us as we embark on a unique sound healing journey, rejuvenate with Reiki and harness high vibrations to re-balance our non-physical bodies. Encourage physical healing in a ceremonial ice bath and immerse yourself in your own wisdom through meditation.

Every practice is a sacred offering, encouraging you to bring peace to your mind, nurture your body and enrich your soul.

No experience required, all offerings and practices are accessible to everyone.

The retreat center will have yoga mats, cushion and meditation blankets available to use.

During any free time, feel free to use it for down time or take advantage of the additional services that the retreat center has to offer, such as Acupuncture, Thai massages, red light therapy, and the vibroacoustic healing bed.

Fully embrace the Costa Rican culture on several consciously selected excursions. Hike in the beautiful tropical forests nearby and take in the healing energy of nature. Swim, sun bathe and bask in the beauty on magical beaches. We will also explore surrounding towns and spend an evening on a sunset float via paddleboards and kayaks to toast to the sunset! Last, but not least, we’ll spend an evening sailing to relax and gain perspective. There will also be plenty of free time that you can spend as you wish! The beautiful beaches of Las Catalinas are only a short walk away.


All above activities are automatically included in your retreat investment. You are encouraged to take part in all activities, however, your time in Costa Rica is yours to do with what you will. Feel free to skip anything that you’d like to. The retreat center can also assist with any discounted extended stays for those that wish to stay a few extra days beyond the retreat.

There will be plenty of free-time to explore on your own if you’d like! The retreat center has a list of options you can add to your experience (not included in your investment).

All meals are included in your investment. Each day we will be provided with a prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be a dismissal dinner on the last night that will include live music, special decor (ideal for pictures!) and of course a beautiful sunset meal.

The retreat center is happy to accommodate for any dietary restrictions and allergies so please let me know how we can help fit your needs!

Any food or drinks purchased during our trips to nearby cities, excursions, etc will be a additional cost.

Our group will be staying in 4 villas, each have three rooms and share a private pool. Based off of your preferences and needs, choose from the two options of rooms available. No matter what you decide, your room will provide you with a tranquil haven; complete with spacious living areas and modern amenities (including AC!) for ultimate comfort and relaxation. For those seeking a little more privacy, we have four private rooms available that have their own bathrooms and can be shared for a discounted price. Alternatively, opt for a shared bedroom with a shared bathroom; perfect for those looking to minimize expenses. And rest assured, each sleeping accommodation is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a peaceful sanctuary to recharge and rejuvenate amidst the beauty of Costa Rica.

All transportation costs are included in your investment. We will have two busses that will be available to us through the entirety of our trip. They will take us to/from the Liberia airport, to activites and any other outings to surrounding cities.

We will not need the busses for transportation to the hike but that cost is also already included in your investment.

You are responsible for booking your own flight, Skyscanner and Hopper can help with monitoring prices.

Registration is open on a first come, first serve basis! A non-refundable $500 deposit will be required to reserve your spot. Space is limited, be sure to grab your spot sooner than later so as not to miss out!

Shared Room | $2,150 ($1,650 after deposit)

After your initial deposit: your remaining payment can be paid in full (or in 4 monthly installments) at any time. All payments are due March 1st.
